The project Plan complies with project specification, requirement with quality man agreement system for RAIS QURESHI MARBLE & GRANITE CO LLC.

Company quality assurance and quality control procedure for important activities relevant to this project have been described below.

DESIGN AND DRAWINGS:
The system is designed in accordance with project requirement and specification. The General Manager review the project requirement and make sure that the system team meets the project specification.Measurements, whenever required and reviewed by the designer to accommodate in the system design team leader, will finally review this, The design team leader will draw a plan, elevation and section drawing with details, each different condition of supply / Execution will be clearly shown in the detail drawing. Connection sealing material and dimension etc. will be properly detailed as per project specifications.All details will be properly defined in the shop drawing for proper coordination with other subcontractors.

PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION, PROTECTION, HANDLING, PACKING & DELIVERY:
Experienced workmen handle the products manually or using trolleys or overhead cranes in such a way that material is not scratched or damaged, products/ Material area stored in designated areas.We ensure that the product quality is maintained through delivery to the destination by exercising controls in the loading stage.All delivery area Planned by production plan in advance using delivery note a copy of the production plan is issued to all concerned department to ensure that the products/material are ready for dispatch on scheduled dispatch date.Packing and delivery of the products/material area completely taken care by expert coordinator material/ products are delivered to site accompanied by a delivery note.
